There are three modes of power control. (For Model KF5009HK)
1. UP OFF - Power off when elevator reach the top (suit for power of lighting device of hanging cabinet)
2. ON - Full time power on (suit for other design of cabinet which need power all the time)
3. DOWN OFF - Power off when elevator reach the bottom (suit for TV cabinet)
Safety Devices inside machine
1. Pressure Senor - Machine will first scan the total weight carrying in 0.5s after running, an extra 45Kg (450N) endurance force apply. It will rebound 3 inches for protection.
Example : Machine is carrying weight of 55Kg moving downward, a 100Kg endurance force apply under leave the machine, the pressure senor will function.
2. Timer Protection - If Pressure Senor is not functioning and the machine still presses an object for one minute, the power will be automatically cut off in order to prevent spark of the motor inside the machine.
3. Thermostatic Protection - If the safety devices above not working at the same time, there is a Motor Lock Rotor system. Machine will stop working if the motor is running over heat. This will happen if the machine is running up and down unceasingly 10 ¡V 20 times. Afterward it will resume normal if the motor is cooled down after 30 minutes.
4. Thermostatic Fuse Protection - In case three of the safety devices above is not working, the protection starting take action after 10 minutes. The whole machine will be permanently broken down and cannot be restart again.
